So I was honestly waiting for my library to get this book but I just didn't have the patience. I had to find out what happened with the Chosen Ones and whether they were able to save the world! I really enjoyed this Trilogy - I liked that the characters were complex, didn't always get along, but were still ultimately united in their desire to save humanity. I also liked that there were other characters in their circle of friends who they finally opened up to and enlisted as allies in the fight. A great conclusion to the series and I look forward to more from Sara Elfgren!

Fantastic series. I wish there were more books by these authors translated into english!!!
It was a long read, but the book kept me engaged as I read it. Even though I have not read the previous two entries of the Engelsfors Trilogy, I never felt like I did not understand what was going on. There were enough recaps of previous events, and I felt updated as a new reader since early in the chapters. The relationships between the characters were so well defined that, even though this was my introduction to the trilogy, I still felt like I have been reading the trilogy in its entirety.

I recommend the trilogy to anyone who might be interested in Swedish literature, and to those who liked series such as Charmed.

This book is the third Installment of a trilogy and I'll say I'm sad to be done with this world, but satisfied with the ending. This book portrays the innocence of growing up as a teenager and examines the relationships we develop and how those directly affect our lives. If you're a sap for magic and all things supernatural, this book is for you.
Bought it and reading it. Loved the first and the second books and loving the third. I am half way through the book and the authors did a good job in balancing between the mystery of the witches' magic and their everyday life which eventually intertwined with their magical-half of life. Please write more about the witches.
Addendum Just finished reading The Key. Holy this is very good book to me. It is a very thick book but I kept flipping fast to know what would happen next. It is better than watching movie. Good job authors..yes both of you!
